Can the sessions be customised to better meet our specific needs?
Absolutely. All sessions can be tailored to suit the unique needs of your business. We've also occasionally been called upon to develop entirely new Short N Sharp Training sessions to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Call us to discuss your needs.
How much are the sessions?
A proposal detailing associated costs will be provided once we understand your precise needs. Costs can vary based on customisation requirements, group size, travel, venue and resources required. As a guide, many sessions end up being delivered for as little as $100 per participant (based on say 8 participants, on your site in Western Sydney, with limited customisation).
Where are the sessions held?
Short N Sharp Training sessions are delivered on your site or, if required, a suitable venue convenient to you. While we're based in Western Sydney, we're happy to travel (additional costs may apply). Most sessions can also be delivered online - call us to discuss your needs.
How many participants are needed to run an in-house session?
Due to their interactive and fast-paced nature, Short N Sharp Training sessions are ideally suited to groups of 5 to 12 participants. That said, adjustments can be made to suit smaller or larger groups. Call us to discuss your needs.
What's included in the session cost?
Details will be outlined in the proposal, but as a minimum, session costs will include related consultation, session delivery, participant workbooks and a certificate of attendance (to be emailed upon completion).
Do you ever run public sessions, where we can just send a couple of staff?

Do you offer extended training, or other sessions that aren't detailed on your website?
Yes, we often facilitate more comprehensive training programs with our clients, generally focused on teamwork, leadership and workplace culture, We also offer one-on-one leadership and personal effectiveness coaching. Call us to discuss your requirements.

With more than 10 years of experience working with small to medium-sized businesses, we understand the challenges of business owners and managers looking to provide their staff with access to quality, impactful training at a reasonable price. What's more, Short N Sharp Training can be delivered locally (or online in most cases), without taking staff and managers away from the front line of the business for a full day or even longer
