Can the sessions be customised to better meet our specific needs?
Absolutely. All sessions can be tailored to suit the unique needs of your business. We've also occasionally been called upon to develop entirely new Short N Sharp Training sessions to meet the specific requirements of our clients. Call us to discuss your needs.
How much are the sessions?
We'll confirm associated costs with you once we understand your precise needs. Costs can vary based on customisation requirements, group size, travel, venue & resources required. As a guide, many half-day workshops end up being delivered for as little as $350 per participant including resource costs (based on say 8 participants, on your site in Western Sydney, with limited customisation).
Where are the sessions held?
In-person sessions and programs are delivered on your site or, if preferred, a suitable venue convenient to you. While we're based in Western Sydney, we're happy to travel (additional costs may apply). Most sessions can also be delivered online: call us to discuss your needs.
How many participants are needed to run an in-house session?
Due to their interactive and fast-paced nature, Short N Sharp Training sessions are generally most suited to groups of 5 to 15 participants. That said, adjustments can be made to suit smaller or larger groups. Call us to discuss your needs.
What's included in the session cost?
Details will be outlined in the proposal, but as a minimum, session costs will include related consultation, session delivery, required resources/materials and a certificate of attendance (to be emailed upon completion). Clients are responsible for meeting any required venue, catering and equipment costs.
Do you ever run public sessions, where we can just send a couple of staff?
Not at the moment, though we are considering recommencing these later in 2024. The best way to keep up to date with upcoming events and other Short N Sharp Training news is to like/follow us on Facebook and/or LinkedIn. Keep in mind that a number of sessions can also be delivered as part of a 1:1 learning experience.
Do you offer extended training, or other sessions that aren't detailed on your website?
Yes, we often facilitate more comprehensive training programs with our clients, generally focused on teamwork, leadership and workplace culture, We also offer one-on-one leadership and personal effectiveness coaching. Call us to discuss your requirements.
